Ranjanas Rarities (RR) offers a full warranty against defects and will replace/refund as necessary within 10 days of order receipt. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All unused items received within 10 days of receipt in original packaging will be fully refunded, less shipping.
Due to the expensive nature of international shipping, all international orders are final sale. If an international order experiences a defect, customers must notify RR within 15 days of order receipt. RR will refund the order less the cost of international shipping.
Please note: RR has no control over international duties and/or taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Returned merchandise should include our packaging and the tags must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
We will credit your original form of payment.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit when returning items.
